This is a Coronation souvenir photo of Halkirk JS School's primary 3. I am seventh from the right in this photo. The teacher was Mr. Bruce. He may have been acting head teacher. He was a secondary teacher and I think that he taught science. The headmaster at this time had retired. He was Mr. Thomas Reid. His successor was Mr. Sandy Morrison.
