and Gavin Coppins, who are among a new era of graduates in environmental
sciences drawn to Dounreay by the challenge of cleaning up the fast
reactor

public.Gavin has recently returned from an international conference on radioactive waste in Tuscon, Arizona, where a paper on the particles programme was one of the highlights. Mr Jamieson also saw the progress being made to clean out and dismantle the Prototype Fast Reactor during his fact-finding visit to Dounreay on March 21. |
