Captains Galley Seafood Restaurant Open At Scrabster

The Captain's Galley seafood restaurant the newest restaurant in Caithness is finding that its seafood selection on the menu is already a big hit with customers.  It is already apparent that folk are going to try out some new dishes and fish is high up their list of choices.  The restaurant has prepared itself for other choices including best quality steak and vegetarian but demand has mostly been for what it specialises in - best quality fish from local supplies.   Set in the Old Icehouse the building has kept the barrel shaped roof as a main feature and added a brand new all stainless steel kitchen to the side.

The restaurant is also gearing up for Christmas as a steady flow of enquiries are coming in for people looking for somewhere different to have a night out.  Small parties can be catered for but groups looking to be fitted in had better not leave it too late.......
