Referring to your picture of Lybster School Staff about 1960, the teacher on back row at the left is identified as Mr. Banks ?
I can confirm that. He was my uncle, David Alexander Banks, of Sunnybrae, Mey.
He taught technical subjects vis: woodworking, metal working and (I believe) also drafting.
