Corus proposes that a broad group of stakeholders to
fund and oversee the project is set up. Key bodies are: -
Highland Council There are also the newly emerging structures: - Network Rail would also be a primary source of data. The study would require access to previous reports and data from all the stakeholders. Strong stakeholder involvement is important for the success of the project. In addition to the formal stakeholders, the views of local community councils would be sought.
