DUNBEATH STRATH - HERITAGE TRAIL |
A walk through this
unspoilt area will reveal a wealth of interesting features and can be
enhanced by a visit to the heritage museum just outside Dunbeath. Amongst the features to be noted on the walk are - 1. Neil Gunn's birthplace. 2. Site of the old well. 3. Meal Mill. 4. House. 5. Dunbeath Broch. 6. Prisoners Leap. 7. Crofting Settlement. 8. Carn Liath. 9. Stone Quarry. 10. Standing Stone.
