FIRE - WICK

About 0615 hours on Saturday 4th January 2003 the occupant of No 23 Henrietta Street, Wick, discovered a fire within the hallway of his house. The fire was quickly extinguished and nobody was injured as a result, with only minor damage to the house.

Police are treating the fire as suspicious and are appealing for witnesses and/or information on this incident.

They are particularly interested in any persons who may have been in the vicinity of Henrietta Street between 0530 and 0615 hours and who may have seen or heard anything that may be of interest.
