Michael MacMillan

 Michael MacMillan is a list candidate for Labour in 2007 for Highlands and Islands.  He is currently a Highland Councillor for Dingwall North.

Michael Macmillan is the husband of Maureen Macmillan, Labour MSP for the Highlands & Islands since 1999. He won Dingwall North from the sitting Independent councillor by 44 votes in 2003 and is currently leader of the Labour group on Highland Council.
