A Wick Town Improvements event at the Riverside, possibly in the 1960s. Don't know the guys about to cross the line but on the right, are George Harper and, I think, Harold Banks, the chemist. As you can see, the chap holding the finishing tape is only half shown, so his identity might be as big a challenge as the race. No doubt about the chap in athlete's strip, In the background. it's is Tommy Dunnett!
