THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL Caithness Service Arrangements for Christmas and New Year for the Caithness Area The Highland Council Service Points and administrative offices will close at 4pm on Tuesday 24 December 2002 and re–open on Friday 3 January 2003 at 9am.
