Look no hands! - time stands still for Wick Town Hall Clock

A huge amount of work has been going on inside the Wick Town Hall. A new lift wil for the first time make the building have disabled access complete with disabled toilets making it compliant for the first time. The town hall will now become available for meetings and at last can be used to its full potential by staff and groups.
