Awarded to Louis Mackinnon, a keen volunteer who represents Wick High School at Highland Youth Voice and on Caithness Youth Forum. He is also currently involved in a project at Wick Youth Club working with young people to ensure that their views are represented in running the club. At school he works with dyslexic pupils for two periods a week, and he is also a volunteer at Riverside Nursing Home.
