A Stone Circle

Believed to be previously unrecorded and certainly not in the Caithness Inventory of Ancient Monuments, Mr. L. Myatt has discovered a stone circle in the Broubster area. An accurate survey has been carried out but further work is yet required to find more stones which are not easily seen in the heather, since some of them are very small and protrude only a few inches above ground level. More details will be given when the work is complete.
