From Tricia I was born Patricia More 1947 daughter of Adin More b1915 and Margaret MacDougall b 1919 My grandparents were - Daniel (Danny) More b 1879 and Annie Cormack More b 1883 (nee Johnston) (lived Miller Ave) and Rev John MacDougall (b 1887 Glasgow) and Rose MacDougall (nee Sullivan b 18 London). Rev John was minister in Wick Old Parish Church (they lived in the manse and of course a photo of that is in the centenary page. He left in 1928 to go to Edinburgh, then he moved to Ardgay, Ross-shire where he died in 1959. |
