Looking To Freswick House

   FRESWICK
This place has been settled for over 2000 years.  From the cliff broch to Buchollie castle it also includes a site of viking presence and was mentioned in the famous Orkneyinga Saga.  Recent excavations have shown it was used by the norse visitors over many years.  The big house is 18th Century.  There is also a 17th Century dovecote.
