Chowder Ingredients 2 medium potatoes, cubed 3 carrots, chopped 3 celery, chopped 1 onion, diced 3 cups chicken broth 1 cup white wine 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup cream salt & pepper 1 1/2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. parsley 1 Bay Leaf Directions Add broth, wine, salt, pepper and other spices. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes (or until celery has softened). Add halibut, heat until fish is cooked (about 4 - 6 minutes). Remove from heat, add cream and serve.
