Cindy's Chocolate
Silk Pie
1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate 1 cube butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 baked pie crust Melt chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Cream butter and sugar. Add chocolate and vanilla. Beat for 5 minutes after addition of each egg. Pour into 9 inch baked pie crust and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream. Easy to double for a 10 inch pie, add eggs 2 at a time.
