RM Consultants, which has provided risk assessment and management, advice on health and safety and environmental protection to industry and government for over twenty years, believes that it is only through genuine commitment to staff development that success in business will occur. David Carter, who heads up the Thurso office, said Our clients expect and need a very high standard of service and by continuously improving our training and developing programme for staff we aim to deliver a quality service. We also have very capable and often ambitious staff and we need to keep them satisfied by demonstrating our commitment to help them develop. With four offices across the country Thurso, Warrington, Abingdon and Kendal development programmes and communication present challenges but Managing Director, Dr James Fitzpatrick says, We are well aware of these challenges and understand that our efforts, which have been recognised by the IiP award, need to be constantly strengthened. More hard work lies ahead but we are pleased to accept the challenge! |
