Peggy Banks From Canisbay Raises Great Sum Of Money For Macmillan Nurses Mrs Peggy Banks and her daughter Wendy from Mansfield Cottages, Canisbay who raised £946.71 at a combined 70th & 40th Birthday party in Canisbay Hall. This is a very great sum and will go towards supporting the Macmillan Nurse, Carers and the service that they provide in the county.
Mrs Banks did all the catering herself for the party and the Hall Committee donated all the profits from the bar to the charity. |
