Cancer Victim Raising Huge Sums For Charity Cycles John O'Groats To

Tomlinson is terminally ill with cancer. She set out on Friday 21 March
2003 from John O' Groats on a tandem with her brother Luke Goward, heading
for Lands End. She hopes to raise �100,000 for charity as well as
raising awareness of the disease. Last year she raised �120,000 by
running the London marathon. She is 39 years old and is married with
three children. On the way she has to make two stops for
chemotherapy. Two TV crews are following her journey from John
O'Groats as well as newspapers who are reporting o her progress.
