Summer Days In Caithness
A mild spring and warm June days seem to have combined to make for a warmer summer this year.  The farmers have been out taking advantage of the dry weather to get the hay in early.   And around the county everything has a greener than green look about it.  Birds seem to have gotten on with things and young birds are all out of their nests and it looks like a successful breeding season.
