The wick Senior Citizens Treat is run by a voluntary committee and has been organised for many years. A huge range of volunteers come along to assist and provide entertainment. Apart from the meal and entertainment everyone gets a gift and other goodies. The generosity of Wick people and local businesses has ensured this annual event carries on. Volunteers descend on Wick Assembly Rooms to provide waiters from younger folk at Wick High school to Wick Rotary who provide transport to and from the event. The committee organisers raise funds througout the year and they start again for next year very soon. A tremendous effort by all involved - well done
