CAITHNESS PUPILS' DESIGN SUCCESS
1 February 2004 Stephanie Webster (7), Wick North Primary, won the Primary 1-4 category and Liam Larnach (11), Pulteneytown Primary, Wick, the category for special needs pupils. They were presented with their prizes at a meeting of The Highland Council's Education Culture and Sport Committee last week at Inverness. This year's overall winner is Som Hush (12) a first year pupil from Invergordon Academy, who has won �750 worth of stationery supplies for her school as well as an individual prize of a mountain bike and safety equipment. Som's artwork appears on almost 2,000 copies of the Council's catalogues that are distributed to all schools and Council Services. Other category winners were: |
