The garden is in spectacular form this year. The garden attracts much comment and interest from visitors to the Heritage Centre. Of particular interest is the meadow patch planted out with natural varieties such as poppys and cornflower. The heritage garden is open to visitors every day, and the heritage centre itself is open from 2 - 4pm every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The current main feature in the Centre is an exhibition on the local flagstone industry, plus special displays on the Bumble Bee Preservation Turst and a display of local fossils.
