Awarded to The Second World War Air Raid Victims Wick Memorial Garden, who completed their project in 2010. A local committee, some of whom could still remember the raid and those who died, had got together to create a project that would be a lasting memorial. It was a difficult and complex project to achieve, but the perseverance and dedication of the group won through. Committee members Alister Wares, Margaret Wares, Elsie Cormack, Duncan Cormack, Anne Webster and Sybil Slater received the award on behalf of the group.
