Awarded to Nathan Todd, an Explorer Scout who represented Caithness at the 2010 International Jamborette at Blair Athol as Assistant Patrol Leader and his Patrol went on to win the Camp Chief’s Pennant bringing the award back to Caithness. He uses his technical know-how to help others, and has developed a website for scouting groups across Scotland. His work includes producing a video of Harbourfest in 2009 and a DVD to raise money for Children in Need.
