Blue Monday

Blue Monday a loose organisation that combines a range of music and organises events throughout the year has reformed.

They kicked off with an event in Mackays Hotel on Saturday 26 January 2002 and other events will no doubt follow in both Thurso and Wick.   In relaxed atmosphere the crowd were treated to range of groups traversing the styles from Rock, Jazz and Blues.  Vocalists were young and old male and female.  A grand night out and FREE too.  A few pics from the night opposite.

Watch out for the next one.  Some of the Big Band numbers were superb and the up and coming Acid Inc was followed by well known group Storm making a name for their covers and fast rising new material of their own.
