Objectives

The preservation and protection of human life and in particular but not without limiting the foregoing by assisting the emergency services in searching for missing, lost or trapped persons.

The education of the public in the health, care, management and training of dogs.

To support the Emergency Services with qualified First Aiders, supplement search dog duties.

To be on-call 24hrs to requests from the Emergency Services.

To promote good dog ownership throughout the general public, by demonstrations and lectures at no charge.
