From the music and dance of early 20th century Buenos Aires to the breathtakingly beautiful jazz-inspired sounds of Astor Piazzollo, this show blazes with life and colour of this most sensual of art forms.

"Subitango!" has performed to sell-out audiences in theatres, arts centres and festivals throughout the UK.  the show features virtuosic live music from the UK's leading tango ensemble, Tango Siempre, and stunning choreographed dance from the acclaimed tango dance couple Mina and Giraldo.

Tango Siempre is a quartet of violin, piano, double bass and accordion.  They have made numerous appearances at both the royal Festival Hall and Royal National Theatre and their music has been broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and stations in Argentina.

Mina and Giraldo appeared in the Madonna's film "Evita", the channel Four film "Dance", Deborah Bull's BBC dance season programme and "Tiempo de Tango" (directed by Nina) which premiered at Sadler's Wells.
