| Wick Firemen were out clearing snow from the rooftops above shops in Bridge Street, Wick today. Large overhangs of blown and melting snow were in danger of collapsing into the street and possibly injuring passers by. Great care was required on the very slippery roofs as they used their hoses to shift the large lumps of snow and ice that were overhanging the street. Click smaller images to enlarge. | ||
