| Farmacres is a development of houses owned by Pentland Housing Association. The new homes are on part of the land that used to comprise Ormlie Farm. The £1.3 million development was part of a design and build contract with O'Brien Construction. The site was formally opened by Mrs Elizabeth Macdonald in November 2002. Mrs Macdonald's family had once owned the farm for three generations and she was brought up there. |
