May 2001 and the new Jo's Kitchen
opened for great meals and demonstration classes.

April 2001 saw the opening of the completely refurbished bars and restaurant facilities at the Portland Arms.  This latest phase of the new developments mean the the hotel facilities now match the best in Scotland.
