Forss Country House Hotel

One of many comfortable hotels in Caithness The house built around 1800.  It sits in a naturally defensive position with the river on three sides which might indicate that the site would have been used at a much earlier date.  The entrance was added in 1939 and is at what would have once been the rear of the building.   Two mills are nearby on the river where many an angler has spent a few hours.
